The Inn
Coach Makes House Calls.
There
are times when you need help and you can't wait. As an experienced
hospitality owner and having sold a multimillion dollar resort in
February 2003, I can assist you in turning around your inn or help
you prepare an exit strategy if you need to sell your inn quickly.
Although
I recommend the 12 month
nationwide coaching program for most innkeepers,
sometimes owners do not have the 12 months to grow their business
and they need help today.
I
offer 4 day, 3 night package to assist you in anything from evaluating
your inn, overcoming major obstacles, rebranding your inn, even meeting
with you and your banker to discuss refinancing.
I
will arrive sometime during the first day, walk the property, meet
with the innkeeper(s) that first evening. We will set an agenda for
the time I am on site. On the first full day, the innkeeper will
coordinate transportation to local places of interest. This includes
historic sites, malls, other inns, local chamber of commerce even
major employers in the area.
On
the second full day, I will spend time in the inn, walking around
the neighborhood, talking with other innkeepers and hospitality businesses.
At the end of the second full day, I will meet with the innkeeper(s)
and together we will form a think tank and discuss ideas and challenges.
On
the day of departure, I will get in the mode of the guest and just
observe the methods and procedures used. I will return to my office
and prepare a report as well as set up several telephone coaching
sessions to discuss several immediate goals and solutions.
This
service is recommended for innkeepers who either are considering
buying an inn, selling an inn, refinancing an inn or who have encountered
major challenges in their business and without immediate solutions,
might not survive.
The
cost of this service is $2,995 plus air fare, lodging and transportation.
